Refund & cancellation policy

Perishable goods. Food is prepared fresh in small batches. Once preparation has started for your batch, ingredients cannot be reassigned — cancellations are generally not accepted after that point.

Cancellation window.You may request a cancellation only while your order is still in a "placed / awaiting kitchen confirmation" state and before prep begins. After prep starts, we cannot cancel or modify items for food-safety and batch reasons.

When we refund. We will offer a refund or replacement if we verify any of the following: a wrong item was supplied; a paid item is missing; there is a severe quality failure attributable to us; or packaging was compromised before handover (subject to reasonable evidence, such as photos you share promptly through our support channels).

Timeline. Approved refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days to the original UPI or bank path where technically possible; card or wallet timelines may follow your issuer.

No-shows / incorrect address. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect contact details, unreachable phone, or refusal at the door, charges may still apply for prepared food and attempted delivery.

Shipping & delivery policy

Area. Delivery is offered from our kitchen in Vazhayila / Peroorkada to eligible PIN codes within the published radius, subject to rider availability and weather. Eligibility is validated by PIN code at checkout.

Radius & fees. Our first delivery band covers up to approximately 6 km from the kitchen; the fee for that band is currently ₹50 (higher bands may apply for farther PINs — the exact fee is always shown before you pay).

Time. Estimated handover or arrival is typically 45–75 minutes from confirmed kitchen start, depending on batch load, distance, and traffic. We will inform you if there is an unusual delay.

Handover. Please be available on the registered phone. For apartment complexes, we may require meeting at the gate or lobby in line with society rules.

Terms & conditions

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our refund and delivery policies, and our privacy policy.

Eligibility. You confirm you are 18 years or older (or ordering under parental supervision where applicable).

Accuracy. You are responsible for correct name, phone, delivery address, PIN code, and date. Errors may delay or prevent delivery; we are not liable for losses caused by incorrect information you supply.

Pre-orders & batches. We operate on limited batches; availability and cut-off times may change. We may decline or refund orders we cannot fulfil safely or legally.

Food allergies & dietary needs.You are kindly asked to tell us in the "Notes for the kitchen" field before you place your order if anyone in your party has a food allergy, intolerance, or other dietary requirement we should know about. That field is required at checkout so we can prepare safely and flag your batch for the team. If nothing is stated there, we will assume no allergies or special restrictions were communicated — we cannot take responsibility for reactions or issues that could have been avoided had we been informed in writing at the time of ordering.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.

Privacy policy

What we collect. We collect the information you provide for fulfilment: name, mobile number, delivery address, PIN code, order contents, payment reference metadata, and your notes for the kitchen (including allergy-related information you choose to share).

How we use it. Data is used only to prepare, deliver, communicate about your order, improve service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

Sharing. We share the minimum necessary with payment partners, messaging providers (e.g. WhatsApp where you choose it), and logistics helpers strictly to complete your order.

Cookies & storage. We use cookies and local storage to keep your session, cart, and checkout preferences. You can clear site data in your browser; some features may not work without it.

Retention & rights. We retain order records as required for tax and dispute handling. For access or correction requests, contact us using the details below. Reasonable requests will be handled within applicable timelines.

We fulfill orders in the evening, usually between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM IST, on days the kitchen is open.
